A rapidly expanding RIA Firm located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking an Operations Assistant to help the Chief Operating Officer and other Executives in the workflow of the company’s daily operations. 

A successful candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, have a high degree of “attention to detail” and be able to perform well under pressure, with minimal supervision. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience within the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong organization skills
  • Analyze and improve operational processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Series 65 License is a plus (willingness to purse)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
