Local Financial Planning office and National Registered Investment Advisory is seeking a candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience working in one or both of these organizations.  This position currently encompasses some aspects of each of the following areas:

  • Client services
  • Submitting & Tracking Applications & Paperwork
  • Maintaining Client Accounts

The Financial Administrator is responsible for processing and tracking all business accurately and efficiently to achieve client satisfaction and ensure timely receipt of revenue for company.

Day-to-day responsibilities include client service communications, verifying financial and ACH transactions, managing fund transfers, serving as liaison between company and its clearing house, and providing overall customer support services
