We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to manage and grow the marketing presence of a financial advisory firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy and wants the opportunity to take ownership of a company’s digital presence, client communication, and community engagement.

You will play a key role in helping translate financial topics into clear, engaging content while supporting client events, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Write and distribute a monthly client newsletter
  • Maintain website content and blog updates
  • Help improve the firm’s online visibility and local SEO
  • Coordinate client appreciation events and educational seminars
  • Assist with community outreach and sponsorship initiatives
  • Ensure marketing materials remain professional and consistent with the firm’s brand
  • Monitor website inquiries and coordinate follow-up with the advisory team

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment

Experience in financial services, real estate, insurance, or a related industry is helpful but not required.
