This new team member will be responsible for the following:

• Cold Call potential Candidates for hire, selling them a great new opportunity
• Work with Existing Grayling clients to support all Internal Administration and Advisor support recruiting needs.
• Recruiting Financial Advisors and Support Staff for client companies
• Work with Grayling team to drive activity and process
• Use phone calls, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source candidates
• Meet with candidates by phone or Teams to screen
• Write descriptions for job ads and summaries of candidates to send to clients

Phone and Virtual Face to Face skills are necessary for success!

• Cold calling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to learn technology platforms easily
