This position includes calendar management, and appointment setting, sales, business development, event facilitation & administrative duties.

A top-performing financial services firm is looking for an Appointment Setter & Marketing Coordinator to become a key player in our client engagement and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our go-to marketing and events expert, you’ll help us reach new clients, support our advisors, and bring our brand to life through seamless event planning and strategic outreach.
Responsibilities include:
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage logistics for off-site client workshops (2 per month), including seating, dining, guest experience, and vendor relationships.
- Marketing Campaigns: Drive brand visibility through email campaigns, newsletters, social media, press releases, direct mail, and online content.
- Lead Engagement: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from workshop attendees and prospective clients. Your goal: set appointments for our advisory team.
- CRM + Admin Support: Maintain accurate client data in our CRM system and ensure smooth follow-up after every event.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage busy advisor schedules with precision and professionalism.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key event and marketing metrics to improve future performance.

You should have:
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A knack for building rapport with clients and event attendees
- A natural follow-through mindset—you don’t drop the ball
- Experience with MS Office, PDFs, WordPress, and online tools
- An entrepreneurial spirit and growth-focused mindset
- College degree or some college coursework preferred
