Major national financial services company is looking for a Field Director, New Agency Development.  This person will be responsible for the growth, development and productivity of the company’s general agency force through the transition and development of new General Agents.  This individual will coordinate Home Office resources to support the achievement of agency and agent objectives for the new General Agents.  5-10 years insurance industry experience including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution experience required.  Demonstrated background and success in agency building and NASD 7 & 24 preferred.  Excellent compensation and benefits.
