Leading Agency in the Milwaukee area is looking for a Director of Operations who will work in close partnership with the rest of the management team to ensure the Agency provides service to producers and clients in a compliant and financially efficient manager. The Director of Operations will oversee all day-to-day operations; provide compliance oversight to registered agents and detached offices; develop, implement and monitor the Agency’s business plan and budgets; and develop and modify the structure of Administration Operations within the firm to reduce costs, improve efficiency and/or better service clients. Requirements include: experience and proven leader/manager, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management and training and development; 7+ years in management and in the insurance and financial services industry; knowledge of financial management, compliance and field operations and FINRA Series 7 and 24.
