Unit Sales Supervisor
Major independent financial services organization is looking for Unit Sales Supervisors throughout the United States. This person will be the first level management for the salespeople; assist with the operations of the sales unit and focus on the recruitment and field development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives. Responsibilities include: recruiting and developing talented sales agents; developing and managing sales activities; continuing unit agent development by utilizing in office product training and encouraging enrollment in industry sponsored education; recruiting, selecting, and training all unit agents; and developing a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
