Agency Training Director
Top agency, of a leading national financial services company, located in the Los Angeles area, is looking for a qualified person who will be responsible for all training in the agency, including assessing needs, coordinating training schedules and resources and assessing training effectiveness. Qualifications required include: Life & Health License, NASD Series 6 & 63 Registrations, College Degree. Professional designations (CLU, ChFc, etc.) a plus. Grayling Associates is looking for Executive Recruiters to work out of its Bloomfield, CT headquarters.

WHAT DOES A GRAYLING EXECUTIVE RECRUITER DO?

We work with companies to assist them in increasing their sales and improving their results. We do this by partnering with our company clients to find individuals (candidates) who meet their specific profiles. We provide our recruiters with both the company clients and candidate leads. A Grayling Executive Recruiter then uses effective sales techniques to develop relationships with candidates, presents those candidates to the client, arranges interviews, and manages the recruiting process through closing the deal with an acceptance.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING AND SUPPORT DOES GRAYLING PROVIDE?

Grayling has a comprehensive ongoing training program designed to help new employees become effective quickly and confidently. We also provide our recruiters with a full book of active clients and have a research staff that provides lists of potential candidates.

The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and the ability to cold call and build rapport with candidates and clients, both over the phone and in person. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who likes to work hard, is driven to succeed and who wants to benefit financially from their hard work. This position requires travel.
